     This carbohydrates are popularly known as carbs, it is the one of the three main components of healthy human diet which includes protein and fat.

     The carbs are the primary source of energy. These carbs are the combination of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms.

     This carbs are not essentially needed like protein and fat because our body can produce energy through various other macronutrients.

3. DIETARY FIBRE:

     Complex carbs such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables are high in dietary fibres which is very important for digestive health and can help prevent constipation and other digestive issues.

4. SATIETY:

     This carbs can help you feel full and satisfied which can help in weight maintenance by reducing over eating by controlling appetite.

5. BLOOD SUGAR CONTROL:

     Complex carbs can reduce blood sugar level more effectively then simple sugars. This complex cars provides a steady release of energy, blood sugar spike.

DISADVANTAGES:

1. EXCESS CALORIES:

     The conception of too much carbs especially simple carbs like sugar and refined carbs can lead excess calories in take causes with gain.

2. BLOOD SUGAR SPIKE:

     The simple carbs leads to the rapid sugar spike and crash of blood sugar level result in energy fluctuation and cravings.

3. INSULIN RESISTANCE:

     The conception of high amount of simple carbs in their regular basis can cause insulin resistance and leads to the risk of type two diabetes.

4. CARB INDUCED KETOSIS:

     In some people conception of low carbs lead to the body to fall in the state of ketosis which may have potential side effects of bad breath and digestive issue.


5. LACK OF NUTRIENT DENSITY:
