CASUAL WALK😇

INTRODUCTION:

        Today its October 22, 2023 night 10:40 p.m. this my cardio time just a simple walk for 1 hour.

CONTENT:

       Benefits in advantages of working just simple moment that everyone has to do to have a great metabolism and improved cardiovascular health.

      In the model world most of the people around facing the problem of obesity which causes most of the dead for the people and most of the diseases are caused by this obesity. This can be overcome by simply walking few thousand steps everyday.
