      They are known as healthy fat. These fats are obtained  from  the natural sources of fat like nuts, coconut oil and egg yolk.

      The quality and balance conception of these good fat helps us to maintain good health and weight. There are several functions of this fats are listed below:

 Unhealthy fats:

     These type of fats more likely found in processed foods and fried foods which can  cause heart diseases.
